This butternut squash with brown butter cream sauce recipe is a perfect fall/winter dish to serve at your next family gathering or dinner party. It’s quick and easy but will be sure to impress your guests.
Ingredients
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup brown butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 28 pieces butternut squash ravioli (homemade or packaged)
Directions
Brown Butter Cream Sauce
- Heat heavy cream and bring to boil
- Reduce to simmer.
- Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and brown butter until thickened
- Boil ravioli according to recipe or package directions
- Top ravioli with brown butter cream sauce and garnish with fresh sage and candied walnuts
