1997 – Silver service is oriented for a right-handed waiter. Thus to serve the food, the waiter stands behind the guest and to the guest’s left, holds or supports the platter with their left hand, and serves the food with their right hand. It is common for the waiter to hold the serving-fork above the serving-spoon both in the right hand, and use the fingers to manipulate the two as a pincer for picking up and transferring the food.

We loved our experience with this catering service. Their menu was so diverse, their pricing was up front and affordable and the food was delicious. I loved that we were able to do a mini dessert table in lieu of cake and also provide a late night snack for our guests. We got a ton of compliments from our guests. They were also extremely flexible when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. and also when we were having a wedding during the pandemic. They provided us with options to keep our guests safe and allowed us to make changes to our guest count since we needed to drastically cut our guest list. I am so thankful we went with this catering service! I also want to say that Rebecca was especially helpful during the planning, rescheduling, changes, and coordinating. This team was a dream to work with and I highly recommend every couple attend a tasting and see for themselves.

Seriously good BBQ. Great sides, which shows attention to detail. My team members requested that we use All Occasions- Bubb's specifically. Their team did everything but serve the food- we did that ourselves. Best catering experience ever.

I hosted a Cookout for a Cause over this past weekend and Bubs provided the utmost hospitality! The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We had 10 lbs of BBQ pulled pork and everyone loved it. This is the 2nd time Bubs has provided food for an event and I will definitely be back for more and recommend to everyone!
