Step 1:
Hi there! After you’ve looked through our website and know you want more information, shoot us a Request a Quote form to tell us a little bit about your event. Your information is matched up with one of our event specialists so they can set up a no-strings-attached call to find out how we can be of service.
Step 2:
Do Tell! Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic team gathers all the information we need to create your custom proposal: Date, Guest Count, Venue, Occasion, Cuisine Direction and Inspiration
Step 3:
Let us show you what we can do! A custom proposal for your event arrives via email within 1-2 business days of talking with your event specialist.
Step 4:
Let the edits begin! Ask questions and make edits so your proposal is picture perfect.
Step 5:
Book it! Once we have a signed contract and deposit, your event goes in our little black book.
Step 6:
Almost there! Prior to your event, all menu edits, timeline details and final payment are due so we can put your event in motion with all departments. We sit down with the operations department and entire culinary team twice before your event to make sure every detail has been thought of!
Final Step:
Party time! Your curated event staff (put together by our expert staffing coordinator) arrives on-site to begin set-up and get ready for your guests. We always aim for a flawless, on-time delivery of our catering services and create a culinary experience for your guests to remember for years to come.
