The people!
Mark Andersen
All Occasions Catering is owned and operated by Mark Andersen, who has been passionate about food since he can remember. His family was in the food business, so he grew up with an appreciation for good food provided by people with a passion for quality service.
My mission was simple, really. I wanted to offer a superior product and great service, but I also wanted to give people an experience. And I think the way you accomplish that is with great people who work hard, who care about the food and want to deliver a memorable product and service.
Ed McIntosh
Ed loves the creativity of his job, and loves to find fun elements to enhance the AOC kitchen’s services such as decor, china options, linen options, interesting table configurations and unusual service styles. His motto: “Make the ordinary EXTRAordinary!” When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and colleagues, and watching and cheering on his favorite Wisconsin football and basketball teams. “Go Bucky!”
Rebecca Bingham
Rebecca has been part of the AOC team for many years, first as waitstaff and now part of the dynamic sales team. She has always enjoyed watching everything come together for a wedding and helping to reduce stress for the couple on their special day. She is a self-proclaimed nerd, and in her free time likes to play a variety of video games. Her passion though is crocheting, and she has made everything from stuffed animals to blankets and hats and scarves. Rebecca and her mom spend the year crocheting and collecting items to donate to Hope House in Waukesha.
Jaimi TerLaan
As Sales Manager, Jaimi is often the first point of contact a client has with All Occasions Catering. She loves organizing events and immediately puts her customers at ease. Jaimi loves to create experiences people will remember, and says there’s nothing like seeing a client’s vision and ideas materialize into a stunning and memorable occasion.
Jaimi enjoys traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and foods. She’s a diehard Wisconsin sports fan and is happiest when cheering on her favorite teams, especially when she’s with her family. While she has many hobbies, cooking is her true passion. She finds it a therapeutic and creative outlet, but most importantly it’s how she shows love to her friends and family.
Jaimi has built a successful career in sales by following these words: “Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after an experience with you becomes your trademark.” -Jay Danzie
Mars Moore

Phillip Carrion
Executive Chef, Phillip Carrion, is a valuable addition to the All Occasions Catering team with his creativity and talent for creating custom menus. He is guided by the saying “everything you can imagine is real,” and does so by bringing new ideas and concepts to life through food. Phillip loves working with his hands in the kitchen finding new ways to make things from scratch, and also through woodworking in his woodshop at home.
Hector Miranda
It’s obvious to all of us in the All Occasions Catering kitchen that Sous Chef Hector Miranda has been cooking for most of his life. His talent for bringing culinary visions to life is as natural to him as breathing and is truly an art form. Hector admits that although cooking and being in the kitchen can be exhausting at times, it’s worth it when he sees people enjoy the food he prepares. When Hector is not cooking, he loves spending time with his family and friends. His inspiration and drive both in and out of the kitchen comes from being a dad and spending time with his daughters.
Scott D. Oravec
Scott enjoys the opportunity to be creative at work. He seeks the thrill of the hunt – treasure hunt that is. Scott enjoys any type of treasure hunting activity and loves living life to the fullest. His motto: “Is playing it safe keeping you alive or keeping you from living?”
